You can have all of your DeskLeo data permanently deleted at any time — including anything received through connected WhatsApp or Instagram accounts. This page explains how.
Email us from the address on your account:
prateekpatel712@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my DeskLeo data”.
We verify the request comes from the account owner, then permanently delete your account, business knowledge base, stored conversations, connected-channel data and any credentials — within 30 days. We'll confirm by email once it's done. (You can also disconnect any WhatsApp/Instagram/other connector yourself at any time, which immediately removes its stored access.)
If you connected a WhatsApp or Instagram account, DeskLeo received messages your customers sent so the bot could reply on your behalf. Deleting your account removes that data. Removing DeskLeo from your Meta account, or disconnecting the channel in the dashboard, stops any further data being received.
As the business, you control the conversations your bot has with your customers. If one of your customers asks you to delete their data, tell us and we'll remove that person's messages and captured details from your account.
