DeskLeo provides an AI receptionist that answers enquiries on channels you connect (website chat, WhatsApp, and others), books appointments, captures leads and performs actions through connectors you enable. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your bot answers from the business information you provide. AI systems can occasionally produce imperfect answers. You are responsible for keeping your business information accurate, reviewing your bot's conversations, and correcting anything wrong. DeskLeo gives you controls to restrict, pause or disable the bot and any ability at any time. Bookings, prices and promises made by the bot on the basis of information you supplied are your responsibility to honour or correct with your customer.
Don't use DeskLeo to spam, harass, deceive, send unsolicited bulk messages, violate platform policies (including WhatsApp/Meta messaging policies) or break the law. You must have the right to the content you upload. We may suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers or message-channel integrity at risk.
Connectors act on your instructions using credentials you provide, which we store encrypted. Third-party services (calendars, payment providers, messaging platforms) have their own terms; your use of them through DeskLeo must comply with those terms. Payments collected via connected payment providers are between you, your customer and that provider.
Paid plans bill monthly in INR unless stated otherwise. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Founding-business discounts apply for their stated duration. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we failed to provide the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskLeo's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost bookings, reputational loss) or for the acts of third-party services you connect.
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practical. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
We'll notify you of material changes to these terms by email or in-app. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of [your city], India have jurisdiction.
